In the role of Consultant Manager, each day brings new challenges! The position is very varied, consisting of matters concerning both personnel and clients. You have your own responsibility for your clients, as well as personnel responsibility for your consultants.

• Recruitment and onboarding of new consultants
• Personnel administration and employee care
• Client visits or stationary work at your clients' locations
• Daily contact with clients and consultants
• Key performance indicators and delivery follow-up

We are looking for someone who is structured, goal-oriented, and has a strong drive to develop both business and people. You thrive in a leadership role where you can take responsibility, build relationships, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

You easily create trusting relationships with clients, consultants, and candidates, and work solution-oriented even in a fast-paced environment. You are communicative, self-driven, and meticulous, with a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in everyday life.

In this role, you have personnel responsibility for your consultants and are confident in your leadership, while also appreciating working closely with colleagues on planning, staffing, and recruitment. Our clients' operations take place at varying times of the day, which requires flexibility, accountability, and the ability to remain calm even when many things are happening at once.
